Our Breakfast
A complimentary gourmet breakfast is included each morning of your stay. Breakfast begins at 8:00 am, and the last order goes in at 9:45 am. We serve breakfast cafe style with four choices on the menu, including both savory and sweet options. Breakfast is served in our intimate dining room overlooking our beautiful back gardens. In the summer, enjoy your breakfast outside in the sea air on our garden patio or on our front deck.
Our Coffee
Start your morning with our special signature coffee, roasted by Cannon Beach’s Sleepy Monk Coffee Roasters. It is ready for sipping at 7:45 am each morning. Called “Sleepy Monk Monastery Blend,” our signature coffee is said to “Keep the French Roast lovin’ monk awake without the bitter bite.” It is a dark, rich, robust coffee, a Certified Organic and Free Trade blend.
Our Tea
We proudly offer a selection of Portland Oregon based Steven Smith tea. As a sample accolade for this wonderful tea, the New York Times said, “What craft brewers did for beer and artisanal vintners did for wine, Mr. Smith did for tea.”
We invite you to enjoy a cup or two of teas such as Lord Bergamot, Portland Breakfast, Meadow, and Jasmine Silver Tip.
